SCOPE AND TOPICS

Parallel scientific sessions will be held on three main topics:
           - Plant Models and Simulations
           - Modeling and simulation of the environmental factors affecting plant growth
           - Computer graphics, 3D-Visualisation and Applications of modeling
Paper topics should cover recent advances  in the following areas:
              - Mathematical and computer tools for real and virtual Plant modeling
              - Modeling and simulation of plant structure (architecture, anatomy etc.) and functional processes;
              - Modeling and simulation of environmental factors and processes  (soil, climate) affecting plant growth
              - Integration of existing models (soil, water, nutrient and crop, etc.)
              - Methodologies for plantsampling, observing, measuring and 2D/3D digitizing, GIS
              - Visualization and computer graphics in plant environment modeling
