BOOK OF ABSTRACTS

        A book of abstracts has been distributed during the conference. 

CONFERENCE PROCEEDING

        Proceedings of the conference will be published through a book and a CD in English by IEEE with the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) .  The benefits from this service include: (1) Indexing is arranged through IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), SCI (ISI), and other indexing services; (2) The publication content will be archived to IEEE-Xplore^TM and the IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries.

        The format of submitted papers must follow the IEEE proceeding format using this MS word example or this Latex Macro.  A long paper (8 pages maximum) is requested for oral presentations. Participants who were accepted on the waiting list for oral presentations and finally presented a poster are also allowed to publish a long paper. Posters and Software demonstrations will be published as short papers (4 pages maximum).
 

SELECTED PAPERS

        Selected papers will be also published by the international journal partners of PMA06:

• Annals of Botany (AoB) will publish papers focusing more on Plant Sciences;

• Journal of Computer Science & Technology (JCST) and International Journal of Virtual Reality will publish papers focusing more on Computer Science.

        Authors of selected papers will be asked to submit a text following the specific format of the journal (AoB format, JCST format, and IJVR format), in addition to the conference proceeding format.

         The deadline for paper submission is February 23rd 2007.
