• Registration procedure
  Please download, complete and send the registration form ( .doc text format or .odt text format or Pdf print format ) by e-mail to pma09@cau.edu.cn or by fax to +86-10-62733596, before September 15th, 2009 for early registration.
  IEEE members can use the same registration form but must specify their IEEE membership and number.
  


• Invitation letter for Visa application
  An invitation letter will be sent to participants on request. This letter is necessary to apply for a visa to China.

• Registration fee includes reception, coffee breaks, lunches and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
• Registration fee is negotiable for researchers from developing countries. Contact us by email at pma09@cau.edu.cn
• IEEE members benefit the registration fee discount must mention their membership and their member number.
• Chinese people may pay the registration fee using RMB currency (Chinese Yuan) with the ratio of 1 Euro = 10 RMB.

• Fees are given per person. Tutorial fees include courses, CD support, lunch and dinner (November 9th)


• Registration payment
  Registration fees payment is by money order (for mainland China) or bank transfer only.
  Please find hereby the necessary information to pay the registration fees by bank transfer; mention the your name and the name of the conference "PMA09" in your transfer order. Specify which attendees (full name and their status senior/students) your payment stands for and send us copy of your transfer receipt by fax: +86-10-62733596
